Their customer service is non existent. When you call, they will be too busy and you will be redirected to their ‘reception team’ who can only log a call back.
It’s been three days and after 4 call back requests I am yet to actually get any help
My item was due a week ago and Hermes have been processing it since last Thursday. Nobody is able to help me and nobody is calling back to assist.
I have raised an email through their website and tried to contact through PayPal and yet to have any response.
Would not recommend these at all.
