chose Parcelfilorce delivery for £1 more. Anything to avoid Hermes,probably the worst alleged courier in the UK. It was still sent via Hermes. Who's laughably titled "tracking" is disgraceful. They also managed to be two days and 26minutes late with the package.to their absolute credit,Bad Music apologised and refunded the postage costs.albeit as store credit,which is not what I'd have chosen. Bax,and every other professional company should ditch Hermes.full stop. My two items arrived in a very very large box.unnecessarily large, and without ANY packaging inside to prevent my two items(a Blue Baby Bottle Mic,and a short micstand) from rattling around inside for the entire journey.
