I leave this review after trying to call but not getting through to anyone and then sending 3 emails to which I have had no update or resolution to the Issues below.
Firstly it was 2 days late in being delivered and then left in my back garden as I was out. This is Despite my having a secondary neighbours address available that they could leave it with. The outer box was also open!! Luckily it did not rain. This admittedly lays with the courier but builds on the issues.
Secondly when I unpacked the guitar one of the strings (the A) was broken on the guitar, which I tried to report to Bax but got no answer from calling.
I then took this to a guitar tech to restring he has found that the bridge is not set right and needs adjusting, so absolutely no QA done on this.
The new strings and bridge adjustment are costing me a further £40 on top of the price I paid for the guitar and also a further week now until I can get it back completed. which does not leave me feeling that happy with the service or response to my issues.
