I have purchased a T C Helicon play acoustic FX pedal and microphone.They came next day and in perfect condition.Have had various stuff from Bax and have returned various stuff. No problems with the products just it was not suitable for me,this allows to try before you buy. Just run off the returns slip take it down the post office and away it goes Simple, with refunds it has been back on my card when they have said.Hermes delivery has been very easy to track,i could track the truck coming down the road . People just need to read and follow instructions then no problems.Never had problems with Hermes, So all good from BAX i just keep going back due to price and service. cant beat it.
