Bax lie consistently about delivery times. Ordered 2 guitars with approx delivery times of 4 days and 12 days. After 17 days no guitars, no communication and website shows still not in stock.
I cancelled the order via email days ago and have heard nothing. Tried phoning them - good luck with that. They still have my money. Looks like legal action coming to recover my money and legal expenses.
