I have been constantly lied to and it’s an absolute nightmare trying to get your refund, it’s really hard to get in contact with the company and when you do finally get a response it’s just a lie that says you’ll have you refund in 5,7 or 10 days this then passes and no refund is ever issued. Please do not use this company, they are THE worst company I have ever dealt with. And yes I still don’t have any money back to date.
