Purchased an item on 26th September with a view to it being delivered on 29th September. Received an email to say payment received and item should be with me with by 29th September. Hadn’t heard anything on 30th September so rang and was advised that my item still wasn’t in the UK. Courier received my item on 2nd October and told me it would be with me within 48 hours. As of today 8th October, still no item and have been told that is has been lost by the courier and I can’t be issued a refund until it is 100% confirmed as lost. Avoid the company!! it isn’t worth the 10% cheaper price than other retailers.
