Was given a delivery date, did not arrive on that date, it arrive 5 days later, sent an email asking where my parcel was got no reply as yet, Nice looking guitar but rather on the small size to be a full size one, also whoever strung the guitar not only got the strings in the wrong order but got them tangled up as well, if I could give a minus ratings I would have, very disappointed with Bax Music and I don't think that they are very professional store to deal with probably my first and last purchase from them
