The website stated BAX music had 2 items in stock and delivery would be within 48 hours... that was a week ago and the item has still not arrived. I am unable to speak to anyone from BAX Music to find out where the order is. Customer Services do not respond when you email them. After much researching I have found out the company is located in Netherlands and has a UK distribution warehouse so I assume everything is down to good old Brexit and it will take 3 months.... I am now going to cancel my order which has not arrived and buy a UK stocked item... I would not recommend purchasing from BAX Music unless you are based in Europe.
