Couldn’t change my delivery address on the website, so ordered it and emailed customer services to ship to new address. Emailed 3 times, no response, until UPS tried and failed to deliver. The timing of it meant that I now need it delivered to a third address, but I have no idea where my stuff is. Ordered on a Wednesday, trying to secure Friday delivery (order by 3pm, etc), and now more than a week later I still don’t have my stuff, and have no idea when or where it will be delivered to. Phoning is pointless, and basically no response from email. Never buying from Bax again.
