Half of my order did not turn up. A week has passed and it is impossible to reach anyone from the company.
Missing two guitars and extras. I did receive the keyboard (which came with a European plug and not a UK plug, despite me ordering on the UK website as well as the keyboard stand. However, the other (more important part of the delivery) just never came. I feel conned and regret choosing Bax Music over the other options.
Also, please beware: Bax Music do not return emails or answer calls. If there is a problem, good luck getting someone to help you. I have been on hold for 20+ minutes multiple times over multiple days; the phone cuts off (after being on hold for a long time). Again, emails go unanswered and no one answers the phone.
Warranty seems useless if it's impossible to reach anyone. Worst online experience. I will be reporting them to trading standards and my credit card company.
Again, please, please, please listen to the negative reviews. I wish I found these reviews before placing my order. I am suspicious about the positive reviews at this point. Far too many reviews describing the same experience as me.
