Gibson Original Collection Les Paul Special was supplied with a missing toggle switch washer. Sorting stuff like this should be easy peasy for any competent customer service department. More than three weeks after emailing Bax customer service and they have yet to reply. I've had problems with Bax in the past. I should know better. This is the last time. Not just the missing washer though. It was delivered the day after the slot I'd booked. Par for the course when Hermes is the courier.
