Terrible costumer service, I will not buy from them anymore and would suggest you do the same. I ordered a software update (download) and never received the code. I spoke to someone from their sales team before the purchase to confirm if that was the right product and if I would receive the code on the same day, as my software (Pro Tools) was expiring. I did not receive the code and could not get through their customer service. I had to buy the update from a different shop. Wrote several emails and tried calling many times without success (their phone line rings forever). I had to request a chargeback from my bank in the end. Stay away and avoid trouble!
