Ordered on a Black Friday deal, paid for Parcelforce delivery and selected a delivery date of Tuesday. It's now Friday and still no tracking information. They don't respond to your emails and you wait an eternity on the phone for someone to assist who just tells you it's not their problem.
Bottom line, they don't ship from the UK, they ship from the Netherlands, but this isn't obvious from their website.
I recommend using other suppliers in the UK as Bax won't care less about you when their promises turn to dust.
