Ordered an Epiphone Swingster from Bax. Price was competitive and none of my local guitar shops had the finish I wanted in stock. So tried out Bax for the first time. Very impressed with the service. Kept well informed from warehouse stage to despatch. Guitar arrived on the day stated when ordering. Well packaged and no transit damage to the guitar. I will use them again.
