Guitar arrived in an unplayable condition with bad fret buzz at the nut end of the fretboard. Bax offered a return/exchange/refund, but I decided to keep it and adjust the truss rod and bridge myself. If you are not experienced in guitar setups then be prepared to return the guitar or pay a luthier to do it for you.
