Shocking customer service - far better options are Music Matter, Gear4Music, GAK or Andertons.
Do not use this music store unless you want to be left in the dark as to what is happening with an order or in my case a repair. They don't reply to emails they just use automated systems that don't actually reflect the status of something as it could be out of stock.
