The buying process and product were great. On slight criticism, the product in its box measured 150mm x 70mm x 32mm, the box it came in measured 440mm x 310mm x 90mm, that's almost 12 times the size of the item, which in fact could have easily fitted in s small jiffy bag. Given there was no padding of any kind used the item was just banging about in the large box. How it arrived undamaged I have no idea. Given the environment crisis, the economic crisis and the fact that using such oversize packing must be costing you money, I think a serious chat with your warehouse manager is on order.
