Not a great experience to be honest. I phoned them on four separate occasions to find out if their Gibson Firebird case would fit a Firebird with banjo tuners. On each occasion the member of staff didn't know (which wasn't a surprise) but said they would find out and get back to me. Never happened.....four times. I did get a call from Antwerp but they left no message. All I needed was a straight 'yes' or 'no'. In the end I just bought the case with the intention of sending it back if it didn't fit. It did actually fit so all good there.
