Tuner is great but the packaging was awful! A huge box - A3 size for a matchbox sized item - with no soft packaging so the tuner banged around inside the big box throughout the journey. It's a wonder it works OK. And it is so wasteful of resources. Definitely prompts me to shop local in future.
It is high time Bax Music wised up to the environmental necessities.
