Bought a Sire Marcus Milker bass - easy on line order, quick delivery and bass was in perfect new condition. I would have given you 5 stars if you had taped shut the internal box the quotation was packaged in - it hadn’t opened in transit but had started too - this could have resulted in the guitar coming out of packaging and getting damaged - one easy fix for you?
