I ordered with you on the 12th March and my confirmation said delivery by the 14th. We ordered it for my son's gig. Nothing arrived and no communication on the 14th so on the 15th I emailed the customer services email address you provide. No acknowledgement or response. When nothing was delivered on the 16th and still no reply from BAX I email again to say I suspect something fraudulent. Still nothing from you. The item finally arrived on the 17th, fortunately one of us was home, as we'd had no communication that it was going to arrive. The only communication I've had from you is this asking for a review. So here it is. You've also asked me to leave a review on trust pilot and facebook. I will do if I don't get any response from you on this either. One star for the product, and one star for price. Zero stars for delivery and minus stars for customer service. There is a little box to the left of this saying queries are resolved in under an hour. I'm on 6 days and still waiting.
