Totally disgusted with the way I have been messed about with my order, I have been waiting since the 3rd of July and still have not received my Innox WSA Studio Desk apparently there has been issues with courier and Bax Shop had to change to DPD no one bothered to tell me I had to phone up after waiting so long, no confirmation email has been sent up till now to confirm dispatch but did receive refund for delivery. This is the second order in a few weeks I had to phone up about my previous order, as they took my money and said the item was in stock but 4 days later I called up and the item was not even in stock! I was so frustrated, I ask for a refund. Bax Shop used DPD with no way of tracking my parcel, so how does that help me know when it will arrive or even plan to receive it, how are you going to change courier and not have any way of tracking the item that you are sending out to me, absolutely and totally unacceptable in the 21st century. Bax obviously are making so much money, they don't even care!
