Failed to deliver order or allow me to cancel order.
Placed an order on a Wednesday for delivery on following Monday. They sent a tracking link which has been telling me "no tracks for your parcel yet". Rang Tuesday for an update (queue 15mins), again on Thursday (queue 13mins). Told I can't cancel my order and just to keep checking the tracking code. Now I'm in limbo - taken over £400 from my credit card and no product. Feels a little dodgy to me to be honest....off to call my credit card company.
