When the guitar wasn’t delivered I rang bax, and I got through for them to say there was a delay and to call back in two days, so I called back when they said but I couldn’t get through. I checked with parcel force, and it was a 10 day delay before it arrived.
I found it very frustrating, and bax need to communicate to their customers more and get more staff to answer the phone! Difficult but not impossible!
