Bax has a great selection of products at good prices.
Where Bax falls down is using Parcel Force as a courier in the UK.
I didn't pay for delivery as it came with the item but I swear it stated 24 hours. It has been a week & still haven't received the item.
If Bax are under the impression they are paying for a certain service for their customers then they need to investigate and look at changing couriers.
I'm sure customers would rather pay extra for pnp & have a good service than be left in the hands of a shambolic outfit like Parcel Force.
