A YouTube reviewer who reviews Fazley guitars recently said he found Bax Music were very responsive, and listened to him to improve their products. As a customer for guitars, I have had the same experience. One out of stock item was promptly refunded within the short stated period. I find the Bax staff excellent, both for products and service. Delivery is fast, products well packed and of excellent quality, and that's without even considering the amazing prices. I have three Fazley guitars, and intend to buy more. Would highly recommend, ten out of ten, a very pleasant, hassle-free, positive experience
