Delivered on time, the only problem being was the packaging was damaged but everything was OK except 1 item was missing, the plectrum must have fallen out somewhere in transit. I didn't notice how badly the packaging was damaged until the parcel force driver had gone or I would have refused delivery. Not Bax's fault but maybe smaller items could have been put in the guitar case. On the whole great products and delivery was on time.
