I only ordered 3 items and one item was missing. I have made numerous attempts over the last few days to contact customer services (via phone and email) and complain but have not been able to get any response - not even an acknowledgement of my complaint. They've charged me the full amount of the order but failed to deliver one of the items. The so-called 'customer services' is a joke - non-existent actually.
My advice: don't use this company - get your music equipment elsewhere.
