Be very very careful ordering anything from Bax Music. All well until things go wrong when they supply you with defective goods & their response is to send intimidating responses such as "No fault found? If we are unable to find any fault with the product, we will also charge a consultation fee of £55 including VAT and excluding postage." Ordered a pedal I need for gigging but went wrong within 3 months and after returning it in October they've kept it ever since. When you ask where your gear is their CS response is basically to tell you to do one, even after you formally complain. Bax Music CS (customer service) behave as if the Consumer Rights Act 2015 doesnt apply to them. If they were run by musicians who cared about musicians then their wretched customer service might not be so bad. I will avoid at all costs in the future and a great example why to buy local instead of discount internet retailers.
