Delivery was arranged for Monday 15th January but parcel force track and trace system.was showing no updates. I called Bax music and it took 20 mins to get through to an agent who was pretty unhelpful. I called parcel force and they advised they hadn't even collected my parcel. I had to take 2 days off work at a very busy time of the year. Eventually in Tuesday 16th Jan the parcel force website was updated and advised my item would be delivered between 11.23am and 12.23pm. My parcel was eventually delivered at 14.05pm.
Bit impressed.
