The online reviews do not lie the Ibanez GB10EM has a beautiful rich sound and has great playability. It comes with packing underneath the saddle you need to really loosen the strings to remove. If you move the saddle position you have to reset the intonation which isn't hard just move the saddle forward to raise the note back to lower, so the note is the same open and the12th fret. Best to use a tuner for accuracy. Once sorted and a action lowered it's a dream. Service delivery and price from Bax is faultless.
