I bought a pedal from Bax Music. It had a faulty jack socket that wouldn't hold the jack. I could have fixed it myself, but didn't want to invalidate the warranty, so returned it using the Bax returns process with prepaid envelope etc. They promised me updates which never came. I patiently waited the 8 weeks they said it might take. Now the 8 weeks have passed, their customer service dept are ignoring my emails. Regrettably I will now have to spend my time going through the small claims court process.
