Would rate as zero stars if possible.
I ordered a £700+ amp, arranged a delivery day and adjusted my work schedule so I could be home. Bax changed the proposed delivery day to a different day that I would't be home for, then emailed me to say they didn't eve have the item I ordered and paid, so I cancelled the order, then they sent an invoice saying thanks for the order, then sent me a power cable I don't need or want in a huge box for an item I don't have. Then it took about a week to get my money back.
