Your price was the lowest I could find for u-He Diva. Auto communication was good, with order and payment confirmation emails received quickly. However, it was disappointing to wait 24 hours for the download, your competitors offer immediate downloads. I was aware that on the product page it did state that there would be a few days delay for delivery (I ordered and paid for it on a Saturday, your web page stated delivery Tuesday whereas you did provide me with a d/load code on Sunday, which I was very happy with.) If you could fix it so that customers had an immediate download, that would make for a better customer experience. Apart from that, everything else was good.
