I got a faulty mic from Bax, that happens sometimes it’s how it’s dealt with that defines a company. I spoke to the director directly and he just ignored me after a few emails. They will come back and tell you they were doing everything by the book blah blah but the tone and arrogance of the personel means I won’t buy anything from them again and I suggest you look elsewhere if you are looking for good customer service and people with morals. Just disgusting experience from start to finish, don’t give them your money
