To be completely honest, I was a bit skeptical about ordeeing from bax. Previous reviews haven't been great and the item I was considering purchasing was £130 less than from any other store which rang alarm bells. Prior to placing my order with bax I called and spoke to someone who answered very quickly. They assumed me that the guitar is brandnew boxed and not shop display. I took the plunge and placed the order. Everything from then on has been seamless. 3 days later a box arrived. Absolutely perfect condition. Brand spanking new guitar from the factory . I will most definitely be using bax should I need anything. all in all I had a great item with a great price with a perfect buying experience
