I am also waiting for my instrument to arrive, ordered a week ago, no tracking information, apparently packed on the 29th but now lost. Fobbed off the first time I phoned, an investigation now started. Very disappointing as I have used Bax before with no problem.
No communication except these invites to review my new purchase!! Advised to phone back next week!!!!!
