I vowed not to use Bax music again after my first order this year took an age to ship!!
I cancelled it.
Then two weeks ago I ordered a guitar over £1000 and again shipping is woeful and been sitting with Parcelfarce days,
I know this time it has been Christmas but companies smaller have been back to work for days now so no excuse for such lame service!
Definitely my last order with this company
