I bought 2 keyboards, both of which were showing in stock, and a delivery date of 2 days after order was given. When they hadn't arrived after 5 days, I rang the customer support number, and wasn't able to get through at all. I subsequently emailed, and after a day received a reply saying that one of the keyboards WASN'T in stock after all, and they had no idea when they would be able to get it. OK, that happens, I get it - though I would have been far happier if they had contacted me rather than waiting for me to chase it up. So, I replied explaining that I was under a time constraint to get the keyboard they couldn't supply, and asking them to cancel that part of the order and to process a refund as soon as possible, in order that I would have sufficient funds on my card to be able to buy one elsewhere. I got no response, no cancellation, and no refund. I emailed again and again: nothing. Eventually, I rang and just hung on: it took over 30 minutes for my call to be answered. In fairness, when I did, the representative did deal with my query efficiently, although at the time of writing the refund hasn't come through, but that's a normal banking delay, I hope. They have a wide range of stock, and their prices are great: but when things go wrong, their service - if you can reach it - is variable at best.
