Ordering from Bax Music was easy.The lines of communication were great and everything happened as advised. I thought that there were items missing from my order so I telephoned Bax Music. The advisor apologised for the missing items and said they would contact customer service about a £50.00 credit. The next day I was recycling some of the packaging and found the item which I thought was missing. I therefore telephoned Bax Music for them to cancel the £50.00 credit and offered my sincere apology. I thought that Bax Music was trusting, offering great customer service. Thank you.
