Ordered three items, including a £500 mic, from Bax as the website said they were all in stock and I needed them urgently. On the day of arrival I get an email to say the mic was never in stock and they don’t know when it will be.
Tried to call but they were “receiving a large volume of calls” blah blah. Replied to customer services email to ask for an immediate refund. No response. Then get another email saying delivery in three weeks time. I don’t have my money any more so can’t buy the mic from anywhere else.
Today, a week after delivery was due I get an invoice. It has minuses on it indicating a refund, but no mention of a refund or apology or timescale for receiving my money. Smacks of customer service by AI bot. No contact, no communication.
Never ordering from Bax again.
