Terrible Customer Service. I Purchased 6 amplifiers 2 of which were faulty because i needed an urgent replacement. I had to purchase 2 additional items as the sales team agreed to refund the cost when i had a chance to send the faulty items back. I am now stuck with 8 items that i cant rely on to work reliably and there refusing me any sort of refund. TERRIBLE SERVICE, NOT BASED IN THE UK LIKE ADVERTISED AND MISSLEADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. AVOID!!!
