Non existent customer service even after five emails to Bax.
Purchased a Ukelele, which is a seconds but not listed as such. Took a very long time to arrive and the tracking number was incomplete.
Shoddy paint work, dents, scratches and glue on neck.
Don't waste your money on purchasing from here, they don't care about my complaint. I'm self employed, money is tight and this was purchased for someone recovering from the virus. I'm ashamed I spent money with Bax.
