I am sorry if i placed an order 3 days ago agreeing the delivery being out today.
I am sorry for checking the email sent this morning saying that the item was out of stock and giving me a cheap alternative.
I am sorry if i adjusted my delivery time with my fav shop in italy that they could send my cymbals in 2 working days, but i agreed for 5 working days to give BAX Music time to deliver the cymbal bag first.
I am sorry if i have a 24" ride.
I am sorry then when I choose this morning to have the cheaper option you gave me the delivery will be "by monday...i can't assure 100%".
I am sorry if i am still waiting for an email confirmation for my ref number for the refund that will be in within 5 working days.
I am sorry I choose you, I could've been waiting 3 days more with my Italian supplier to have the bag i wanted, delivered everything in 2 working days, have my 50% off from the manufacturer and be happy.
I am really sorry. Never again.
