Easy service, affordable product, but far too much unsustainable packaging. I bought two relatively small items and they came in an enormous cardboard box, padded out by hoards of plastic airbag packaging. I understand that large boxes must sometimes be used for smaller items to improve packing efficiency in transit, but the amount of plastic padding out the order is inexcusable. There are a number of more environmentally friendly packaging options these days, and I was very upset to receive my order with so much plastic in this day and age where we are at a critical point of climate change.
