I ordered a Fender Cabronita Telecaster .
It was meant to be delivered by Hermes but the tracking shows that Hermes returned it to Bax for some unkown reason. I asked for a refund but was told I couldn’t have one until the guitar returned! So now I have paid out £1359 for a guitar that was never delivers and Bax are Refusing to refund the money even though the problem lies between Bax and Hermes . I point out again that I never recurved the guitar!
