The quality of the Ukulele case I ordered is great....Excellent product. Far exceeded our expectations. It was really well packaged in a huge box with plenty of cushioning inside. There was a very friendly service from a message I sent through Facebook when there was a glitch with the delivery, which I might say was no fault of theirs. When I said the Ukulele case was for my Husbands Birthday they wished him all the best too.
