Had my combi boiler a few years - pressure expansion vessel has broken twice, thermostat broken once and now the diverter valve has gone and Baxi are refusing to come out and repair it despite the fact I pay for boiler cover and the system is still covered under warranty - left me without heating in the middle of winter and no idea how/when it can be fixed!
Never buying anything from Baxi again!
