Used baxi for first time six months ago when we had a new boiler fitted.
Nothing but problems since.
They have eventually agreed to come out to look at it, but not for 7 days, so with a vulnerable child with learning difficulties we are now without heat or water until they can be bothered to come.
Awful boiler
Even worse service.
I would NOT recommend anyone use them
